浮动镗刀杆是机械加工常用的一种精度较高的工具。镗杆上浮动镗刀孔(方孔)的加工,一直是一项难度高的技术。特别是大直径镗杆上的浮动镗刀孔的制作,困难就更为明显。它不仅要耗费大量的机械加工工时,而且需要技术水平很高的工人用专用工具,对方孔进行手工修整,效率很低,而且不易保证精度。为彻底解决这一技术关键,我厂通过分析、试验,利用微机数控技术,通过安排合理的工艺方法,选择适当的工艺,编制适应加工特点的程序,于1983年封接、调试、改进并投入使用了
