随着我国普通高等学校数量的不断增多,各类高校图书馆在服务读者过程中,出现一些阻碍服务品质提升的状况,本等优质人才障碍;移动图书馆建设不完善,高科领域资源服务存在盲点等科学技术障碍。同时,本文根据这些障碍,相应提出了消除服务障碍的措施:建立纵向管理运行机制、横向协作运行机制以消除管理机制障碍;发展高校图书馆数字信息服务、发展社会文化馆联盟服务、发展发达地区和相对落后地区高校图书馆联盟以消除服务扩展的障碍;建立和强化激励制度、加强在岗馆员素质的提升以消除优质人才的障碍;加强移动图书馆的建设、加强特色文献资源的建设以消除科学技术的障碍。
