为了全面深入了解当前下岗职工安置和再就业情况,最近我们对产业结构调整任务较重、下岗职工安置人数较多的杭州市纺织、丝绸行业进行了调查。一、下岗和再就业情况杭州市纺织、丝绸行业现有职工总数5.4万人,职工的下岗分流安置工作起步较早。纺织行业从1993年、丝绸行业从1995年起对企业富余人员进行了较大幅度的调整。1997年纺织行业共有下岗职工9641人,分流安置6706人,丝绸行业共有下岗职工6700人,分流安置2944人。其中通达集团(原杭—棉等企业)1997年有下岗职工578人,从1993年起经分流安置净减少职
In order to fully understand the current situation of the resettlement and re-employment of laid-off workers, we recently investigated the textile and silk industries in Hangzhou, which have heavy tasks in industrial restructuring and have a large number of laid-off workers. I. Laid-off and re-employment The total number of employees in Hangzhou’s textile and silk industry is 54,000. The work of laid-off workers and diversions has started earlier. The textile industry has made substantial adjustments to surplus personnel of enterprises since 1993 and the silk industry since 1995. In 1997, the textile industry had a total of 9,641 laid-off workers, and 6,706 people were diverted. The silk industry had a total of 6,700 laid-off workers, and 2944 people were diverted. Among them, Tongda Group (former Hangzhou-cotton and other enterprises) had 578 laid-off workers in 1997.
