目的以海藻酸钠(Alg-Na)、淀粉为主要原料,结合辅料采用一次成型工艺制备植物肠溶型空心胶囊并进行性能测试。方法通过多次因素实验分析原辅料配比对胶囊成型指标的影响,并对所制备的膜进行透光率、力学性能(剪切强度TS、延伸率E)、DSC、FT-IR、SEM分析。结果中黏度Alg-Na 0.6%、超低黏度Alg-Na 2.5%、淀粉10%、结冷胶0.6%、甘油2%制备出性能较好的肠溶型空心胶囊;胶囊成型指标:胶液黏度434 m Pa·s、胶囊厚度0.11~0.12 mm、含水量10.09%、在模拟肠液中8~15 min完全崩解(模拟胃液2 h不崩解);所成膜透光率85.5%、膜拉伸强度27.97 MPa、延伸率2.0%。结论本实验为植物肠溶性空心胶囊代替动物明胶肠溶型空心胶囊奠定理论基础。
OBJECTIVE To prepare plant enteric-coated hollow capsules using Alg-Na and starch as the main raw materials in combination with excipients and to test their properties. Methods The influence of the ratio of raw materials to raw materials on the molding index of capsules was analyzed by multiple factor experiments. The light transmittance, mechanical properties (shear strength TS, elongation E), DSC, FT-IR and SEM . Results Capsules with good properties were prepared with 0.6% Alg-Na, 2.5% Alg-Na with ultra-low viscosity, 10% starch, 0.6% gellan gum and 2% glycerol. 434 mPa · s, capsule thickness 0.11 ~ 0.12 mm, water content 10.09%, completely disintegrated in simulated intestinal juice for 8 ~ 15 min (simulated gastric juice did not disintegrate for 2 h); the transmittance of the formed film was 85.5% Tensile strength 27.97 MPa, elongation 2.0%. Conclusion This experiment lays the theoretical foundation for replacing the animal enteric hollow capsules with enteric hollow capsules.
