目的了解和探讨重症监护病房(intensive care unit,ICU)护士的情绪智力与工作卷入现状,并分析情绪智力对ICU护士工作卷入的影响。方法选取浙江省30所综合医院1 536名在职的ICU护士作为研究对象,采用一般情况调查表、情绪智力量表、工作卷入量表进行问卷调查获取相应的问卷的评分。应用SPSS 10.0统计学软件进行资料管理、统计描述,采用方差分析、Pearson相关性分析、分层回归分析得出相关结果。结果 1ICU护士的情绪智力量表得分为(58.28±10.08)分,处于中等水平;2ICU护士的工作卷入量表得分(40.72±6.02)分,均处于中上水平,不同年龄、不同职称和是否有职务的ICU护士工作卷入得分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);3ICU护士的情绪智力总分及其4个维度得分均与工作卷入相关,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);4年龄、职称、情绪、智力及其4个维度均与工作卷入相关(均P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。结论 ICU护士的情绪智力与工作卷入相关,高情绪智力水平ICU护士,其工作卷入水平较高,护理管理者应采取针对性的干预措施,有效地提高ICU护士的情绪智力水平,提高其工作卷入,提高ICU护理工作质量。
Objective To understand and discuss the emotional intelligence and work involvement of nurses in intensive care unit (ICU), and analyze the influence of emotional intelligence on ICU nurses’ involvement. Methods A total of 1 536 active ICU nurses from 30 general hospitals in Zhejiang Province were selected as research subjects. Questionnaires were obtained by questionnaire survey using the General Survey, Emotional Intelligence Scale and Work Involvement Scale. Apply SPSS 10.0 statistical software for data management, statistical description, using analysis of variance, Pearson correlation analysis, stratified regression analysis to draw the relevant results. Results 1ICU nurses ’emotion-intelligence scale score was (58.28 ± 10.08) points, at a moderate level; 2ICU nurses’ work involvement scale score (40.72 ± 6.02) points were in the upper and middle level, different ages, different titles and whether The occupational ICU nurses involved in the work were significantly different (P <0.05); 3ICU nurses’ emotional intelligence scores and their 4 dimensions were related to work involvement, the differences were statistically significant (both P <0.05) .4-age, job title, emotion, intelligence and their four dimensions were all related to job involvement (all P <0.05), the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion The emotion and intelligence of ICU nurses are related to their work involvement. ICU nurses with high emotional and intelligence levels have higher involvement in their work. Nursing managers should take targeted interventions to effectively improve the emotional intelligence of ICU nurses, Work involved, improve the quality of ICU nursing work.
