目的通过对哈萨克族贫血孕妇和正常孕妇血清铁的检测,调查哈萨克族孕妇贫血的类型及预测手段。方法抽查阿勒泰地区阿勒泰市、哈巴河县、富蕴县农牧区符合检测要求的哈萨克族孕妇471例,对其分别进行血常规、血清铁的检测分析,确定该地区哈萨克族孕妇贫血类型,并研究预测及防治贫血的手段。结果调查的471例孕妇中血红蛋白结果正常的孕妇有133例,其中血清铁值低于正常值者为38例;贫血孕妇338例,其中血清铁值低于正常值者为176例。两组人群血清铁检查结果分析差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。338例贫血孕妇按孕周期进行血清铁结果分析,早孕期、中孕期、晚孕期血清铁检查结果分析差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 1轻度贫血234例,血清铁检查结果分析有统计学意义(P<0.05);2中度贫血98例,重度贫血6例,两组血清铁结果分析无统计学意义(P>0.05),其原因与该两组样本量少有关,其次对Hb≤65g/L的孕妇进行了血象分析,均符合缺铁性贫血的实验室诊断标准。结论哈萨克族孕妇贫血类型主要是缺铁性贫血,血清铁检测可作为孕前期的预测筛查手段。
Objective To investigate the type and prognosis of anemia in pregnant women in Kazak ethnicity through the detection of serum iron in Kazakh anemic pregnant women and normal pregnant women. Methods A total of 471 Kazakh pregnant women in Altay city, Habahe county and Fuyun county in Altay area were investigated. Blood samples were collected from 471 Kazakh pregnant women who were tested for blood and serum iron respectively, and the type of anemia in Kazak women was determined. Research prediction and prevention and treatment of anemia means. Results Among the 471 pregnant women with normal hemoglobin, 133 were pregnant women whose serum iron value was lower than the normal value in 38 cases and 338 anemic pregnant women, in which serum iron value was lower than the normal value in 176 cases. There were significant differences in serum iron test results between the two groups (P <0.05). 338 cases of anemia pregnant women according to the pregnancy cycle serum iron results analysis, early pregnancy, pregnancy, pregnancy serum iron test results were significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusions A mild anemia in 234 cases, serum iron test results were statistically significant (P <0.05); 2 moderate anemia in 98 cases, severe anemia in 6 cases, the two groups of serum iron results were not statistically significant (P> 0.05) , The reason for the two groups of small samples, followed by pregnant women with Hb ≤ 65g / L hemogram analysis, are in line with laboratory diagnostic criteria for iron deficiency anemia. Conclusion The type of anemia in Kazakh pregnant women is mainly iron deficiency anemia, serum iron test can be used as a pre-pregnancy predictive screening method.
