研究了开关键控(OOK)调制下天空背景辐射对误码率的影响,介绍了通信端机收到的天空背景辐射的仿真方法。仿真结果表明:通信误码率一定时,天空背景辐射的上限值与接收信号光功率和雪崩光电二极管(APD)的电噪声大小有关。太阳直接辐射是大气激光通信系统接收到的主要背景辐射,大气散射相对于太阳直接辐射十分微弱。当太阳天顶角较小时,可以采取端机视轴规避太阳一定角度的方式,保证通信系统的误码率小于10-9。
The effect of sky background radiation on bit error rate (BER) under OOK modulation is studied. The simulation method of sky background radiation received by communication terminal is introduced. Simulation results show that the upper limit of sky background radiation is related to the optical power of received signal and the electrical noise of avalanche photodiode (APD) when the bit error rate of communication is constant. Direct solar radiation is the main background radiation received by the atmospheric laser communication system. Atmospheric scattering is very weak relative to the direct solar radiation. When the sun zenith angle is small, you can take the side of the machine to avoid the sun as a certain angle of view of the sun, to ensure that the communication system error rate of less than 10-9.
