随着旅游服务贸易的不断发展,为满足旅游业尤其是饭店业对熟悉国际惯例、拥有较强语言能力和沟通能力的旅游人才的需求,饭店管理双语人才的培养十分必要。本文以饭店管理双语教学为例,结合教学过程中的实践经验,对饭店管理双语教学的必要性、教学模式、教学效果的评价及提高教学效果的策略进行分析,以期进一步指导饭店管理双语教学的实践活动。
With the continuous development of tourism service trade, in order to meet the needs of tourism professionals, especially those who are familiar with international conventions and who have strong language skills and communication skills, tourism industry is necessary to cultivate bilingual talents in hotel management.
