目的 探讨眼挫伤患者视功能损害与视网膜中央动脉血流动力学变化的关系。方法 应用彩色多普勒血流显像技术 ,对 76例 (10 2眼 )眼挫伤致视功能异常的患者进行视网膜中央动脉 (CRA)血流参数进行检测 ,测定收缩期峰值速度 (PSV )、舒张末期血流速度 (EDV)及阻力指数 (RI) ,并根据其视功能受损程度分为轻、重二组进行研究。结果 重度视功能损害组的 PSV、EDV均低于轻度视功能损害组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而 RI则高于轻度视功能损害组 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 不同程度视功能损害的眼挫伤患者存在不同程度的 CRA血流动力学改变 ,彩色多普勒血流显像技术可对眼挫伤后的视功能受损状况作出客观评价。
Objective To investigate the relationship between visual impairment and retinal central artery hemodynamics in patients with ocular contusion. Methods Color Doppler flow imaging was used to detect the blood flow parameters of central retinal artery (CRA) in 76 eyes (102 eyes) with abnormal visual acuity. The peak systolic velocity (PSV) End diastolic blood flow velocity (EDV) and resistance index (RI), and according to the degree of impairment of visual function is divided into mild and severe two groups to study. Results The PSV and EDV of severe visual impairment group were lower than those of mild visual impairment group (P <0.05), while RI was higher than that of mild visual impairment group (P <0.05). Conclusion There are varying degrees of CRA hemodynamic changes in patients with ocular contusion with varying degrees of visual impairment. Color Doppler flow imaging can objectively evaluate the impairment of visual function after contusion.
