我厂是第一个五年计划由苏联包建的一个大型骨干综合电子元件厂。当时的设计缺乏对能源的合理利用研究,陶瓷车间许多通风管道都是使用7.2kW以上的电动机,各种大隧道电炉使用的排气管道在厂房内直角弯道达六处以上。根据流体力学原理管道越长,倒弯越多,动力消耗越高。另外,由于抽风管天长日久的使用,在管内堆积了许多象聚乙稀醇之类的可然物。就是说,目前的抽风管道系统既易引起火灾,又浪费电能。今年二月,我们节能领导小组针对这个问题,运用价值工程的原理,对抽风管进行功能分析从用户要求——电炉所需要的抽风量入手,先分析单台设备,再分析多台设备的总需风量。发现原设计有较大的富裕量,为了慎重起见,根据节约能源的精神,对原设计进行定量计算。计算结果,管道损失的功率要占总功率的50%,电炉使用中多余的功占总功率的21%。就是说,一个电动机所消耗的功有70%是无用功。能源的浪费是惊人的。通过功能分析,我们提出四点意见,(1)对原设计通风管的路线进行改(?),由六道直角改为一道直角弯;(2)将原来的大抽风口适当改小,以加快气体流动;(3)将原来7.2kW的电动机改为2.2kW;(4)将原来安装电动机占用的一间20m~2的房子空出,将新电动机安装在厂房外墙,既便于电动机散热,又节约房间,一举两得

In other words, the current ventilation duct system is not only prone to fire but also wastes electricity. In February this year, our energy-saving leadership team used this value engineering principle to apply the principle of value engineering to the function analysis of the exhaust pipe. Starting from the user’s requirement, the amount of exhaust air required by the electric furnace, first analyzing a single device and then analyzing multiple devices. Total air volume required. Found that the original design has a larger amount of wealth, in order to be cautious, in accordance with the spirit of energy conservation, the original design of quantitative calculations. As a result of the calculation, the power loss of the pipeline accounts for 50% of the total power, and the surplus work of the electric furnace accounts for 21% of the total power. That is, 70% of the work that a motor consumes is useless work. The waste of energy is amazing. Through the functional analysis, we put forward four suggestions: (1) Change the original design of the ventilation pipe line (?) from six straight angles to one right-angled bend; (2) Change the original large suction outlet appropriately to speed up Gas flow; (3) The original 7.2kW motor was changed to 2.2kW; (4) A 20m~2 house occupied by the original installed motor was vacated, and the new motor was installed on the exterior wall of the plant, which is convenient for motor cooling.
