当前火电发展模式与环境保护的矛盾已成为火电发展过程中的主要矛盾,只有通过转型升级,实现“双超”目标,才能推动火电的可持续发展。火力发电是我国发电的主要形式。截至2014年底,我国火电装机达到91569万千瓦(含煤电82524万千瓦、气电5567万千瓦),占全部装机容量的67.4%;火电发电量41731亿千瓦时,占全部发电量的75.2%。但是,随着近年来雾霾等污染日趋严重,国家对火电行业的节能减排要求也日趋严厉。2014年9月12日,发改委等三部门联合印发
The current contradiction between the development mode of thermal power and environmental protection has become the main contradiction in the development of thermal power. Only through the transformation and upgrading and achieving the goal of “double super” can the sustainable development of thermal power be promoted. Thermal power generation is the main form of power generation in our country. By the end of 2014, China’s thermal power installed capacity reached 91.569 million kilowatts (including 82.524 million kilowatts of coal-fired power and 55.67 million kilowatts of electricity), accounting for 67.4% of the total installed capacity; and thermal power generating capacity of 41.731 billion kwh, accounting for 75.2% of the total power generation. However, with the increasingly serious pollution such as smog and haze in recent years, the state has also become more stringent in energy conservation and emission reduction requirements for the thermal power industry. September 12, 2014, Development and Reform Commission jointly issued three departments
