MZ208磨床是轴承行业使用的加工设备,用于轴承套圈内圆磨削,是我国70年代初生产轴承专用设备。设备陈旧,性能老化,故障率高达10%。为了解决这个问题。我对电气部分进行了改造。由于该机床的早期电气系统采用的是继电器─接触器组成的制线路,电气元件较多,且可靠性差,电气故障频繁。故采用EX-40可编程序控制器(PC)和无触点开关进行全控制系统改造。
