目的 :探讨肝癌术后复发的防治方法。方法 :术后经肝动脉、门静脉置管化疗栓塞。结果 :肝动脉、门静脉双插管化疗栓塞效果优于肝动脉单插管组 ,两者对防止术后复发与单纯手术组差异显著。结论 :肝癌术后经肝动脉、门静脉插管化疗栓塞是防治肝癌复发的有效方法 Objective: To explore the prevention and treatment of recurrence after liver cancer. Methods : Transcatheter arterial and portal vein chemotherapy embolization was performed after operation. RESULTS: The effect of double-intubation chemoembolization in hepatic artery and portal vein was superior to that in hepatic artery single-intubation group. The difference between the two groups in prevention of postoperative recurrence was significantly different from that of simple surgery. Conclusion : Chemoembolization by hepatic artery and portal vein after hepatectomy in liver cancer is an effective method to prevent recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma
