目的:考察补阳还五汤复方颗粒对脑缺血的治疗作用。方法:选取8只雄性SD大鼠作为正常对照。另抽取8只实施假手术作假手术组。其他大鼠采用改良Pulsinelli四血管闭塞法建立脑缺血模型,将模型大鼠按随机数字表随机分为模型组、脑心通阳性对照组及补阳还五汤复方颗粒高(生药30.4 g/kg)、低(生药15.2 g/kg)剂量组,各组大鼠连续灌胃给药7 d后腹主动脉取血,观察补阳还五汤复方颗粒对相关指标的影响。结果:补阳还五汤复方颗粒高、低剂量均能降低脑缺血模型大鼠异常升高的血小板因子-4(PF4)、β-血栓球蛋白(β-TG)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)的含量,改善血液流变学相关指标,降低血小板总数及血浆纤维蛋白原含量,降低白细胞及中性粒细胞计数。结论:补阳还五汤复方颗粒对脑缺血具有一定的治疗作用。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction Granule on cerebral ischemia. Methods: Eight male SD rats were selected as normal control. In addition, 8 sham-operated groups were also performed. In the other rats, the model of cerebral ischemia was established by modified Pulsinelli four-vessel occlusion method. The model rats were randomly divided into model group by random number table, Naoxintong positive control group and Buyang Huanwu Decoction Compound Granule (crude drug 30.4 g / kg) and low dose (15.2 g / kg crude drug). The rats in each group were given gavage for 7 days and then the abdominal aorta was taken for blood. The effects of Buyang Huanwu Decoction (CMB) on related indexes were observed. Results: High and low doses of Buyang Huanwu decoction could decrease the abnormally elevated levels of platelet factor-4 (PF4), beta-thromboglobulin (β-TG), tumor necrosis factor (TNF) -α), interleukin-6 (IL-6), improve the index of hemorheology, reduce the total number of platelets and plasma fibrinogen content, reduce the white blood cell and neutrophil count. Conclusion: Buyang Huanwu Decoction Granule has a certain therapeutic effect on cerebral ischemia.
