The design and manufacturing technology of TR probe for manual and automatic flaw detection for wheel rim ultrasonic testing are introduced. The TR probe with high sensitivity, small blind spot and high signal to noise ratio is manufactured, and good results are obtained in the field of rim flaw detection.
