财务和预算管理是现代公立医院经济管理工作中的重中之重,随着医药卫生体制改革政策的不断出台,健全公立医院财务和预算管理已成为当前形势下的迫切需要。本文通过分析目前我国公立医院财务管理现状,结合新形势探讨如何健全公立医院财务和预算管理,促进公立医院的持续健康发展。
Finance and budget management are the most important tasks in the economic management of modern public hospitals. With the continuous introduction of the medical and health system reform policies, sound public hospital financial and budget management has become an urgent need under the current situation. By analyzing the current status of financial management in public hospitals in our country and combining with the new situation, this article discusses how to improve public hospital financial and budget management and promote the sustained and healthy development of public hospitals.
