以VC、TiN为硬质相及Co、Ni、Mo为粘结相真空烧结制备了TiVCN基金属陶瓷。结合XRD、SEM&EDS、密度以及力学性能测试,研究了球磨时间对TiVCN基金属陶瓷显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着球磨时间从36 h延长至144 h,TiVCN基金属陶瓷的混合粉料物相没有发生变化。高温烧结后硬质相基体主要为立方相TiVCN,粘结相衍射峰向低角度方向偏移,形成多相固溶体。当球磨时间从36 h延长至108 h,TiVCN基金属陶瓷的密度、硬度和抗弯强度呈上升趋势。球磨时间超过72 h后显微组织中粘结相比例增加,组织细化。当球磨时间延长至144 h时显微组织中硬质相比例降低,综合力学性能下降。
TiVCN-based cermets were prepared by vacuum sintering of VC, TiN as hard phase and Co, Ni, Mo as binder phase. The effects of ball milling time on the microstructure and mechanical properties of TiVCN-based cermets were investigated by XRD, SEM & EDS, density and mechanical properties. The results show that the phase composition of the mixed powders of TiVCN-based cermets does not change with the ball milling time extended from 36 h to 144 h. After sintering at high temperature, the hard phase matrix is mainly cubic phase TiVCN, the diffraction peak of the binder phase is shifted to low angle to form multiphase solid solution. When ball milling time was prolonged from 36 h to 108 h, the density, hardness and flexural strength of TiVCN based cermets tended to increase. Ball milling time more than 72 h after the increase in the proportion of the binder phase, the organization refined. When ball milling time is prolonged to 144 h, the proportion of hard phase in the microstructure decreases, and the comprehensive mechanical properties decrease.
