针对轿车结构骨架常用的弧线脊U型截面零件的成形,定义了板弧棱U型截面弯曲的概念,分析了弧棱U型截面弯曲的几何特点和成形特性;用数值模拟方法分析了这种成形在两翼、两侧和顶部的应力应变分布特点。初步探讨了弧棱U型弯曲的回弹问题,提出翼板宽度和棱线曲率是影响其回弹大小的主要因素,以及弧棱线弯曲件在截面和脊线方向的回弹形式及之间的相互影响。并指出,影响弯曲回弹的因素除了材料性能(弹性模量)、弯曲角大小、相对弯曲半径等以外,还有成形时的压边力大小。
According to the forming of the U-shaped cross-section of arc-shaped ridges, which is commonly used in car structural skeleton, the concept of U-shaped section curvature of plate arc is defined.
