我厂一台仿苏Z265造型机因震实无力,而无法继续工作。拆卸后发现,震实缸与震实活塞间隙达1.2mm,活塞环已失去密封作用。按常规必须要调换震实缸,但震实缸本身又是压实活塞,外径达630mm,长度为720mm,重量达1t。如要重新制作,周期较长,费用约3000元。经研究决定,把震实缸镗大,用镶套的办法来恢复内径250mm的尺寸。为增强镶套耐磨性,改用QT 42-10材料。如图所示,我们设计了震实缸的镶套,镶套与震实缸采用过渡配合φ270(H8/n7)。把压实活
