目的探究快速康复外科理念在腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期护理中的应用价值。方法将该院2015年7月—2016年7月收治的90例需行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者,根据护理方式不同,分成对照组(常规护理)、观察组(常规护理基础上引入快速康复外科理念)各45例,对比两组护理效果。结果观察组术后并发症总发生率、术后疼痛评分、排气时间、住院天数、下床活动时间、输液总量,要明显低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对行腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗患者的护理中,引入快速康复外科理念,不仅临床效果显著,且可提升患者生存质量,对此值得临床应用与推广。
Objective To explore the value of rapid rehabilitation surgery in perioperative nursing of laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods 90 patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy from July 2015 to July 2016 in our hospital were divided into control group (routine care) and observation group (conventional nursing based on rapid rehabilitation surgery Concept) of 45 cases, compared two groups of nursing effects. Results The total incidence of postoperative complications, postoperative pain score, exhaust time, length of hospital stay, ambulation time and infusion volume in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05 ). Conclusion In the nursing of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy, the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery is introduced, which not only has significant clinical effect but also improves the quality of life of patients, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
