本文研究了粒度接近的5个批次原料WC粉及对应合金的特性。利用扫描电镜分析原料WC粉的整体特征及WC颗粒聚集体构成特征,用激光粒度分析仪分析了各批次原料WC粉的粒度分布,用定量金相软件分析了合金成品WC晶粒粒度分布。结果表明,粒度接近的各批次的原料WC粉颗粒粒度分布不尽相同。在相同的球磨时间下,WC粉末粒度分布相同的批次,合金WC晶粒粒度分布曲线不尽相同,原料WC粉末中单晶WC颗粒的粒度对合金WC晶粒粒度分布有直接影响。评价WC的质量应从Fsss粒度、粒度分布、电镜形貌和球磨实验合金的晶粒分布进行综合分析。
In this paper, the particle size of five batches close to the raw material WC powder and the corresponding characteristics of the alloy. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to analyze the overall characteristics of WC powder and the characteristics of WC particles aggregates. The particle size distribution of each batch of WC powder was analyzed by laser particle size analyzer. The WC grain size distribution of the alloy was analyzed by quantitative metallography software. The results show that the granularity of each batch of raw material WC powder particle size distribution is not the same. Under the same milling time, the particle size distribution curves of the WC powders with the same particle size distribution and the WC powders all have different distributions. The grain size of the single crystal WC particles in the raw WC powder has a direct effect on the grain size distribution of the alloy WC. The quality of WC should be comprehensively analyzed from the aspects of Fsss particle size, particle size distribution, electron microscope morphology and the grain distribution of the ball milling alloy.
