目的:比较三种固位形用于前牙断冠再接的效果差异。方法:自制上颌恒中切牙冠折模型40个,随机等分为4组,不预备固位形,直接再接(A组),斜面(B组)、牙本质内沟(C组)及唇面覆盖(D组),进行断冠再接,24h后置于万能试验机上,垂直于牙唇面,作用在牙冠折裂线处,直至折断,记录折断时的加载力值。结果:四组再接后的剪切力分别为:(211.31±59.30)N,(300.29±89.81)N,(349.24±86.84)N,(327.03±85.85)N。B,C,D组再接后的剪切力均大于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B,C,D组再接后的剪切力之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:预备固位形能增强再接后的强度。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the effect of three kinds of retention shape on the re-attachment of anterior teeth crowns. Methods: 40 maxillary central incisor crowns were randomly divided into 4 groups, without remanent configuration, group A, group B, group C and group C Lips were covered (group D), then broken crown was reconnected, and placed on universal testing machine 24h later, perpendicular to the face of the toothbrush, acting on the fracture line of the crown until it was broken, and the force value at break was recorded. Results: The shear forces of the four groups were (211.31 ± 59.30) N, (300.29 ± 89.81) N, (349.24 ± 86.84) N, (327.03 ± 85.85) N, respectively. The shear forces in groups B, C and D were greater than those in group A (P <0.05), and there was no significant difference in the shear forces between groups B, C and D P> 0.05). Conclusion: Prepared retention shape can enhance the intensity of the reconnection.
