随着经济全球化和科学技术的发展,越来越多的企业开始认识到,企业单凭自身的力量很难在这个激烈竞争的市场环境中生存和发展。因此,众多的企业纷纷从以往的对立竞争转向合作竞争。企业技术联盟则是应技术创新的需求而产生的一种企业间的合作模式,是一种重要的组织创新形式。本文通过阐述企业技术联盟与技术创新的关系,分析我国企业利用技术联盟进行技术创新存在的问题,提出优化技术联盟提升企业技术创新能力的对策,以期有利于帮助我国企业技术联盟稳定健康发展,促进我国企业技术创新。
With economic globalization and the development of science and technology, more and more enterprises are beginning to realize that it is very difficult for enterprises to survive and develop in this highly competitive market environment alone based on their own strength. Therefore, a large number of enterprises have shifted from the competition in the past to the cooperation and competition. Enterprise technology alliance is an inter-firm cooperation mode which is generated by the demand of technological innovation. It is an important form of organizational innovation. This paper expounds the relationship between technology alliance and technological innovation in enterprises, analyzes the problems that Chinese enterprises use technology alliance to make technological innovation, and puts forward the countermeasures of optimizing technology alliance to enhance their technological innovation ability in order to help the stable and healthy development of Chinese technology alliance and promote Technological Innovation in Chinese Enterprises.
