针对放顶煤工作面后部输送机在运行中常出现欠载、超载等现象,提出了基于模糊自适应PID控制算法。构建了一个由电流互感器、变频器、CPU315-2DP及扩展模块、电液控制阀等器件组成的试验系统,对改进前后进行多次实验测试。实测特性曲线说明,该算法可以实现后部输送机的变频调节及放煤口数量调节,有效地避免了压死后部输送机或者轻载时浪费能源的现象。
Aiming at the phenomena of under load and overloading often occurred in the rear conveyor of caving coal working face, a fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm is proposed. A test system composed of current transformer, frequency converter, CPU315-2DP, expansion module, electro-hydraulic control valve and so on was constructed, and several experimental tests were carried out before and after the improvement. The measured characteristic curve shows that the algorithm can realize the frequency control of the rear conveyor and the number of the coal caving, which effectively avoids the crushing of the rear conveyor or the waste of energy when light load.
