目的:建立同时测定半夏白术天麻汤中天麻素和鸟苷含量测定的方法。方法:使用Platisil ODS色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)柱;流动相A(水)-B(乙腈);梯度洗脱0～30 min(2%～5%B);流速0.65 mL·min-1;柱温25℃;检测波长260 nm。结果:天麻素和鸟苷分别在0.007～0.35 g·L-1(r=0.999 9)和0.000 32～0.016 g·L-1(r=0.999 9)内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为99.7%和100.6%,RSD分别为1.9%和2.0%(n=9)。结论:所建立的方法准确快速,可用于半夏白术天麻汤复方的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of gastrodin and guanosine in Banxiabaizhutianma Decoction. Methods: Platisil ODS column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase A (water) -B (acetonitrile) was eluted with gradient elution from 0 to 30 min (2% to 5% min-1; column temperature 25 ℃; detection wavelength 260 nm. Results: Gastrodin and guanosine had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.007-0.35 g · L-1 (r = 0.999 9) and 0.00032-0.016 g · L-1 (r = 0.999 9), respectively, and the average recoveries were 99.7 % And 100.6% respectively, with RSDs of 1.9% and 2.0%, respectively (n = 9). Conclusion: The established method is accurate and rapid and can be used for quality control of Banxiabaizhu Tianma Decoction.
