基于对我们北仑区的紧急医用物资的所需调查,我区的医疗条件比较完善,可在紧急物资方面的调用还存在着相当大的问题,由此,我们提出了“小型飞行器”的想法,借助现代飞行技术、卫星雷达定位导航技术、现代网络通讯技术等实现紧急医用物资的快速安全运输,并使运输逐步的实现智能化、专业化和人性化,从而大大缩短紧急物资的运输时间。
Based on the required survey of emergency medical supplies in Beilun district in our district, the medical conditions in our district are relatively perfect and there are still considerable problems in the call for emergency supplies. Therefore, we propose the “small aircraft” Ideas, using modern flight technology, satellite radar positioning and navigation technology, modern network communication technology to achieve rapid and safe transport of emergency medical supplies, and to transport the gradual realization of intelligent, professional and user-friendly, thus greatly reducing the transit time of emergency supplies .
