先进的企业文化是企业生存和发展的内在动力,是规范企业和员工行为的软约束,是提升企业软实力、增加企业价值的无形资产。因此,大力建设企业文化,尤其是先进的企业文化,能够有助于推动企业可持续发展。面对新时期、新环境、新的竞争格局,辽宁移动沈阳分公司大力推进企业文化建设,全面推进自身构建的“卓于心越于行”企业文化行动体系,提升企业软实力,在企业文化建设上取得了一定的成就。本文首先分析了“卓于心越于行”企业文化管理模式,然后介绍了沈阳移动公司企业文化的落地深植的实践经验,最后总结了存在的问题。
