通过2003~2005年连续两年在砂壤、中壤、轻壤3种不同质地的潮土上进行大田试验,研究了不同质地的潮土对强筋型小麦(郑麦9023)、中筋型小麦(豫麦49-986)、弱筋型小麦(豫麦50)的硝酸还原酶活性、叶绿素荧光反应、蛋白质产量、籽粒产量、及面粉、面团品质的影响。结果表明,随着潮土中粘粒含量的提高,不同筋力小麦的剑(旗)叶硝酸还原酶的活性在生长期内比较平稳,且在后期活性较高,叶绿素荧光反应的光电子传递能力提高,光合能力增加。强筋型小麦(郑麦9023)和中筋型小麦(豫麦49-986)在中壤潮土上能够获得较高的蛋白质含量、蛋白质产量,能够取得较优的面粉品质面团品质,弱筋型小麦(豫麦50)在轻壤潮土上的蛋白质含量、蛋白质产量、面粉品质、面团品质要优于在砂壤和中壤处理上。
Field experiments were conducted on three different soils of sandy soil, mid-soil and light-soil soils for two consecutive years from 2003 to 2005. The effects of different quality soils on the effects of strong gluten wheat (Zhengmai 9023), middle gluten wheat (Yumai 49-986), weak nitrate (Yumai 50) nitrate reductase activity, chlorophyll fluorescence, protein yield, grain yield, and flour and dough quality. Strong gluten wheat (Zhengmai 9023) and medium gluten wheat (Yumai 49-986) could obtain higher protein content and protein yield in mid-tide soils, and could achieve better flour quality dough quality, weak gluten type The protein content, protein yield, flour quality, and dough quality of wheat (Yumai 50) were better than those of sandy soils and mid-soils in light-soil moist soil.
