在人力资源配置日益市场化的今天,高校向应用型转变的实质就是根据社会需求调整自身的办学定位,更加紧贴社会需求培养各类应用型人才。其中,外国语也成为应用型人才不可或缺的必备能力之一。随着世界经济的不断复苏,中韩两国的交往日益密切。在各高校外语课程体系设置中,为了实现应用型人才的培养目标,韩国语也逐渐成为诸多外语专业学生首选的第二外语科目,深化教学体制的改革,教学模式的创新就变越关键。于是在借鉴传统教学方式的基础上,结合当下学生现状和学生未来发展的方向,探索出一条科学的、合理的教学模式。
With the increasingly marketization of human resources allocation, the essence of the transformation from university to application type is to adjust its own orientation of running a school according to the needs of the society and to cultivate various types of applied talents with a higher demand of society. Among them, foreign languages have also become one of the indispensable requisites of applied talents. As the world economy continues to recover, the exchanges between China and South Korea have become increasingly closer. In the establishment of foreign language courses in universities, in order to achieve the goal of cultivating applied talents, Korean has gradually become the second foreign language subject preferred by many foreign students. Deepening the reform of the teaching system, innovation in teaching modes becomes more and more crucial. Therefore, on the basis of drawing lessons from the traditional teaching methods and combining with the current situation of students and the future development of students, a scientific and reasonable teaching mode is explored.
