微波促进藜芦醛合成用作本科化学教学实验,已经4年,约600余学生参与。反应时间仅3~5分钟,平均收率为83%。此工作首次表明,将一些成熟的微波化学合成反应移植到教学中,可满足大批量学生实验要求,可解决师生超时问题。而且操作简单,污染少,符合绿色化学实验要求。特别是使学生切身体会到用新技术对反应带来的重大变化,扩大了学生的知识面。
Microwave to promote the synthesis of veratrum for undergraduate chemistry teaching experiment, has been 4 years, about 600 students involved. The reaction time is only 3 to 5 minutes, the average yield was 83%. This work shows for the first time that some mature microwave chemical synthesis reactions can be transplanted into teaching to meet the experimental requirements of high-volume students and solve the problem of teacher-student overtime. And simple operation, less pollution, in line with the requirements of green chemistry experiments. In particular, students are empowered to realize the significant changes brought about by the new technology and to expand the students’ knowledge.
