随着低渗透油田注水井注入压力逐年上升,欠注和注不进现象逐年增多,严重影响了油田注水开发效果。室内试验和现场实践经验分析认为注入水中含氧、铁离子浓度、不配伍造成结垢以及粘土膨胀是造成水井注不进的主要原因。结合地层伤害机理分析,开展垢样和岩心溶蚀实验,筛选出表面活性剂,与现有的工业原料合成了新型的减阻剂,在大路沟一区取得了一定的效果。
With the injection pressure of injection wells in low permeability oil fields increasing year by year, the phenomenon of underfill and injection does not increase year by year, seriously affecting the development effect of oilfield waterflooding. Laboratory tests and field practical experience suggest that injection of oxygen in the water, iron ion concentration, incompatibility caused by scaling and swelling of the clay is the main reason causing water injection failure. Based on the analysis of formation damage mechanism, scale-like and core erosion experiments were carried out to screen out surfactants. Novel drag-reducing agents were synthesized with the existing industrial raw materials, and a certain effect was achieved in Daluogou-1 area.
