公共交通运输对在建房地产项目的促进性一直缺少完整有效的理论分析。采用改进最大最小蚂蚁算法作为理论基础建立的模型可以有效分析这一问题。该方法将公共交通路线优化后的房地产销售项目的盈利结果输入分销利润模型进行分析,对特殊地区公共交通线路优化后的建筑产品的分销情况进行量化。实验结果表明该种模型从公共交通路线优化角度对房屋销售水平、市场占有率以及利润增长率变化进行了描述,具有较高的应用价值。
Public transport has been lacking in a complete and effective theoretical analysis of the promotion of real estate projects under construction. This model can be effectively analyzed by using the model which is based on the theory of improved maximum and minimum ant algorithm. The method inputs the profitability of the real estate sales project with optimized public transportation routes into the profit distribution model and quantifies the distribution of the construction products optimized in public transportation routes in special areas. The experimental results show that this model describes the changes of sales level, market share and profit growth rate from the perspective of public transport route optimization, which has high application value.
