目的 :探讨移植肾急性排斥 (AR)时CD4 0及其配体 (CD4 0L)表达的作用及临床意义。 方法 :采用SP免疫组织化学染色法对 10例正常肾、12例无急性排斥 (N AR)及 2 4例AR移植肾组织中CD4 0、CD4 0L表达进行观察 ,并结合肾间质中CD3、CD6 8细胞数进行分析。 结果 :AR组肾间质CD3、CD6 8细胞数较N AR组和正常肾明显增高 ,与此相一致的是间质CD4 0 + 、CD4 0L+ 细胞数也较N AR组明显增高。AR肾组织中CD4 0 /CD4 0L表达分布不同 ,间质淋巴细胞以表达CD4 0为主 ,CD4 0L表达以肾实质细胞表达为主。 结论 :CD4 0 /CD4 0L在AR移植肾组织中的原位表达及其分布特点可能与其参与AR的病理损伤机制有关。
Objective: To investigate the role and clinical significance of CD4 0 and its ligand (CD4 0L) in acute renal transplant rejection (AR). Methods: SP immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of CD4 0 and CD4 0L in 10 normal kidneys, 12 non-acute rejection (AR) cases and 24 AR transplantation kidneys. CD3, CD6 8 cells were analyzed. Results: The number of CD3 and CD6 8 cells in AR group was significantly higher than those in N AR group and normal kidney group. Consistent with this, the number of interstitial CD4 0 + and CD4 + L + cells in AR group was significantly higher than that in N AR group. The distribution of CD4 0 / CD4 0L in renal AR was different. The main expression of CD4 0 was interstitial lymphocytes and the expression of CD4 0L was mainly in renal parenchymal cells. CONCLUSION: The in situ expression of CD4 0 / CD4 0L in AR-grafted kidney tissue and its distribution may be related to its involvement in the pathogenesis of AR.
