目的:了解郑州中华按蚊感染间日疟原虫后,疟原虫在其体内的易感性和发育过程。方法:以羊膜饲 血法供郑州中华按蚊吸食间日疟患者血液,养殖饱吸血液的雌蚊,定期解剖观察疟原虫在体内的生长与发育。结 果:疟原虫雌、雄配子体在其胃内 15 min即发育成熟,45 min结合为动合子,26h动合子发育成熟,48 h胃壁出现囊 合子,7-8 d子孢子即已进入唾液腺。胃囊合子阳性率为26.4%,腺阳性率为 19.4%,总阳性率为45.8%,从第7 d 起有少量子孢子进入唾液腺,8d后进腺率显著增高,子孢子进腺过程是分批的连续过程,不是同步的。结论:郑州 中华按蚊对间日疟易感性较高,吸间日疟原虫配子体阳性血液后7-8d即可传播疟疾。
Objective: To understand the susceptibility and development of Plasmodium parasite in vivo after infection with Plasmodium vivax in Zhengzhou, China. Methods: The amniotic fluid feeding method was used to feed the blood of female mosquitoes infected with Anopheles sinensis in Zhengzhou. The female mosquitoes were filled with blood, and the growth and development of Plasmodium in the body were observed regularly. Results: The female and male gametophytes of the malaria parasite developed and matured within 15 min of their stomach, and became the zygote at 45 min. The zygote matured at 26 h. The cystic zygotes appeared on the stomach at 48 h. The sporozoites of 7-8 d entered the salivary gland. The positive rate of gastric capsule was 26.4%, the positive rate of gland was 19.4% and the total positive rate was 45.8%. A small amount of sporozoites entered the salivary gland from the 7th day. The gonadal rate was significantly increased after 8 days. Progressive gland process is a batch of continuous process, not synchronized. Conclusion: Anopheles sinensis is highly susceptible to P. falciparum in Zhengzhou, and can transmit malaria 7-8 days after sucking Plasmodium vivax positive blood.
