机械零件的耐磨性主要取决于金属表面的物理机械性能。减轻零件磨损的方法之一是采用具有低摩擦系数的硬质润滑涂层。具有高温耐磨性能的ВАП-2涂层就是其中一种,它以环氧树脂和二硫化钼为基材,适用于干摩擦或半液体摩擦、工作环境温度300℃的零件。
The wear resistance of mechanical parts mainly depends on the physical and mechanical properties of the metal surface. One way to reduce component wear is to use a hard, lubricious coating with a low coefficient of friction. One of these is the ВАП-2 coating with high temperature wear resistance. It is based on epoxy resin and molybdenum disulfide. It is suitable for parts with dry or semi-liquid friction and working environment temperature of 300 ℃.
