数控车床车削螺纹时,控制刀具轴向运动的步进电机通常不采用升降速,因为一般升降速电路在加工螺纹时,有找不准“螺头”,发生乱扣的困难。因而只有采用使主轴降速的方法,使步进电机一次“启动”进入工作状态,但这就使步进电机的“启动频率”成为数控车床高速车削螺纹的障碍。所以,实现数控车床车削螺纹时的升降速,是解决螺纹加工高速车削的关键.本文介绍的新技术,是在螺纹车削的典型逻辑电路基础上,配以少量硬件,用软件实现螺纹车削的升降速.根据需要,可以给出任意的升降速特性曲线,使数控车床可以高速车削各种螺距,乃至任意连续变螺距的螺纹。

Therefore, it is the key to solve the problem of high-speed turning when machining lathe thread.The new technology introduced in this paper is based on the typical logic circuit of thread turning with a small amount of hardware, According to the need, it can give any lifting speed characteristic curve, so that the CNC lathe can make high speed turning of all kinds of pitch, and even change the pitch of any continuous thread.
