随着经济的发展,影响企业在市场上获取竞争优势的主要因素也不断地发生着变化。认清当前主要竞争因素的影响力,对企业管理者把握资源应用、获取最大竞争优势来说具有非常重要的意义。当前市场竞争已经不再是单个企业之间的竞争了,而是一个企业间供应链的竞争。本文首先介绍了供应链和供应链管理的具体内容,其次对传统企业的弊端进行分析及实施供应链的必要性作了具体说明,并在供应链管理的思路下对新的企业组织架构和供应链管理体系进行了比对、分析说明,最后根据现有状况的进行了供应链组织的风险分析,使得企业在执行供应链的过程中培养风险意识。
With the economic development, the main factors that affect the enterprises to gain competitive advantage in the market are constantly changing. A clear understanding of the current influence of the main competitive factors for enterprise managers to grasp the resources to obtain the maximum competitive advantage is of great significance. The current market competition is no longer a single competition between enterprises, but rather an inter-enterprise supply chain competition. This paper first introduces the specific content of supply chain and supply chain management, followed by analysis of the drawbacks of traditional enterprises and the necessity of implementing the supply chain, and gives a detailed description of the new enterprise organizational structure and supply under the idea of supply chain management Chain management system were compared, the analysis shows that the final analysis of the existing situation of supply chain organization risk analysis, making the process of enterprise implementation of the supply chain to develop risk awareness.
