文化无所不在,它对一个人、一个国家甚至整个人类社会的影响都无法衡量。然而,在经济、技术迅猛发展的今天,虽然文化的更新速度在不断加快,但我国对文化的管理却相对滞后,在体制机制方面存在许多问题和难点。因此,只有推进文化管理体制的改革,才能不断提升文化软实力,使我国在成为经济强国的同时,也成为文化强国。本文通过宏观、微观、传承、创新四个方面对文化管理体制改革进行深入思考和详尽论述。
Culture is omnipresent and its impact on one person, one country and even the entire human community can not be measured. However, with the rapid development of economy and technology, although the pace of cultural renewal is accelerating, the management of culture in our country lags behind.
