抗肿瘤抗生素是由微生物产生的具有抗肿瘤活性的化学物质,按结构可分为:烯二炔类、糖肽类、蒽环类、苯并二吡咯类、大环内酯类等。结构的不同造成了药物抗肿瘤机制的差异,进而影响到其临床适用范围及不良反应,而新剂型、新技术的发展可有效降低抗肿瘤药物的毒性,增加患者的耐受性。本文综述了上述几类抗肿瘤抗生素结构与作用机制、临床应用、研究进展及研发趋势。
Antitumor antibiotics are produced by microorganisms with anti-tumor activity of chemical substances, according to the structure can be divided into: enediyne, glycopeptides, anthracyclines, benzodipyrrole, macrolides and so on. The difference of the structure causes the difference of the anti-tumor mechanism of the drug and further affects its clinical application range and adverse reaction. However, the development of new dosage forms and new technologies can effectively reduce the toxicity of antitumor drugs and increase the patient’s tolerance. This article reviews the structure, mechanism, clinical application, research progress and research trends of these types of antitumor antibiotics.
