对2014年中央预算内投资项目甘肃省陇西县刘家掌流域水土保持综合治理工程开展监测,对各项措施的实施效果进行分析,探讨工程实施对项目区水土资源的影响。监测结果表明,项目实施后,该区域内蓄水、保土作用明显,具有良好的生态效益和社会效益。
To monitor the comprehensive management of soil and water conservation in Liujiazhang Basin, Longxi County, Gansu Province, in 2014, and analyze the implementation effect of each measure and discuss the impact of project implementation on water and soil resources in the project area. The monitoring results show that after the project is implemented, the water storage and soil conservation in this area is obvious, which has good ecological and social benefits.
