目的:探索一套治疗小学生行为问题持续有效的方法。方法:抽取3-5年级有行为问题的学生85名,分成干预组(N=45名)和对照组(N=40名)。应用个体心理治疗、家庭、学校及教育等方法,集中进行持续二年的综合干预。结果:干预二年后,显效率达75.56%。CBCL评定,干预组男性的分裂样、交往不良、强迫性和体诉因子分,女性的抑郁和社交退缩因子分都明显低于对照组。结论:综合干预对小学生行为问题持续有效,是通过各干预方法的作用特点共同产生的效果。“,”Objective: To explore an approach to improve behavior problem of school children. Method: 85 pupils with behavior problem in 3 to 5 grade were divided into two groups: intervention group ( n = 45 ) and control group ( n = 40) The intervention group received psychological, family, school and educational therapies for two years. Results: After two years follow up, there were 75.6% pupils in the intervention group had obvious improvement, especially the sub- scores of CBCL (e. g. schizoid, interpersonal difficult, somatic complaints and obseesive - compulsive factors for male, depressive and social withdraw for female), which were lower in intervention group than control. Conclusion: The comprebensive intervention for school children with behavior problems is an effective and practical management.
