近几年,越来越多的企业,特别是以咨询,IT等为代表的高知识型企业,普遍存在着激励手段匮乏、员工跳槽频繁、管理成本上升等现象。如何解决这一问题?怎样才能抓住知识型员工的心理及行为动力特点,采取相应策略,实现有效激励?这些都成为企业管理层关注的话题。
