Cities always have historical, aesthetical and political connections with the arts, and at the same time they also function as the auroras and treasures of the arts. Art has become the urban public narrator, bringing with it euphoria. Although it shows different characteristics and styles in different cities, it shows the commonality. Of course, the aesthetic attitudes and choices of public citizens in different cities are not the same because of the difference between the artist and the urban style created by public art creation, and also because of the differences in the aesthetic values of citizens among the historical and cultural differences between different cities . A new understanding of public art is needed because it is not only an issue of art, but also an issue of euphoria in the economic and political arena.
