近年来,随着我国证券市场若干问题的暴露,证券市场的一些重大问题引起了越来越多的争议。在现代经济中,证券市场具有越来越重要的作用,证券市场功能能否发挥影响着整个经济体的发展状况。从深层意义上讲,证券市场的功能是关系到我国为什么要发展证券市场、如何发展证券市场的重大问题。目前,我国证券市场的基础性功能作用初步显现,但从总体上看,我国证券市场的功能发挥并不理想。本文就证券市场的功能分析证券市场不完善的深层原因,并从证券市场和政府两方面给出建议,强化证券市场功能,促进证券市场的发展。
In recent years, with the exposure of some problems in the securities market of our country, some major issues in the securities market have caused more and more controversies. In the modern economy, the stock market plays an increasingly important role, and whether the function of the stock market can exert its influence on the development of the entire economy. In a deep sense, the function of the securities market is a major issue that concerns the reason why China should develop the securities market and how to develop the securities market. At present, the basic function of China’s securities market has initially appeared, but on the whole, the function of China’s securities market is not ideal. This article analyzes the underlying causes of imperfect securities market on the function of the securities market, and gives suggestions from both the securities market and the government to strengthen the functions of the securities market and promote the development of the securities market.
