本文从精细化管理的角度总结了我院在成本管控细化、数据化和信息化方面的具体做法,着重强调了目前管理所面临的三大问题,即成本效率问题、执行力问题和业务衔接问题,提出了借助信息化手段、实施精细化管理是解决上述问题的有效方法,最后总结了我院在成本管理方面的体会,并提出建立一套高效运行的医院经济管理信息系统是医院实施成本管控的必备条件。
