用酶联免疫双抗体夹心 (ELISA)法对 2 4例晚期妊娠孕妇血浆及其中 8例脐血浆、9例羊水中的巨噬细胞集落刺激因子 (M- CSF)浓度进行测定。结果显示 ,母血中 M- CSF浓度显著高于脐血浆 (P<0 .0 5) ,两者之间无相关性 ;羊水中 M- CSF浓度显著高于母血 (P<0 .0 0 1) ;羊水及母血中 M- CSF浓度均与新生儿出生体重呈正相关 (P均 <0 .0 1) ;脐血中 M- CSF浓度与新生儿出生体重无相关性 (P>0 .0 5)。提示母、儿 M- CSF分泌系统相对独立 ,M- CSF是调节胎儿生长发育的重要生长因子。
The concentration of macrophage colony stimulating factor (M-CSF) in 24 cases of pregnant women and 24 cases of umbilical cord blood and 9 cases of amniotic fluid were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The results showed that the concentration of M-CSF in maternal blood was significantly higher than that in umbilical plasma (P <0.05), and there was no correlation between them. The concentration of M-CSF in amniotic fluid was significantly higher than that in maternal blood (P <0.05) 1). The concentrations of M-CSF in amniotic fluid and maternal blood were positively correlated with the birth weight of newborns (all P <0.01). There was no correlation between M-CSF concentration and birth weight in neonates (P> 0.05). 0 5). Prompt maternal and neonatal M-CSF secretion system is relatively independent, M-CSF is an important growth factor regulating fetal growth and development.
