目的:探讨辅酶Q10(CoQ10)在以PC12细胞建立的多巴胺神经元损伤细胞模型中的作用。方法:实验于2007年4月~2008年4月在辽宁医学院科技实验中心进行。在体外培养PC12细胞的条件下,加入多巴胺以损伤PC12细胞,同时加入一定浓度的CoQ10,检测细胞的生长活力及培养液MDA含量,比较多巴胺损伤的PC12细胞在加与不加CoQ10时损伤的差异。结果:CoQ10+多巴胺组PC12死亡率及MDA含量较多巴胺组显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:CoQ10能减轻多巴胺对PC12细胞的损害。
AIM: To investigate the role of coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) in a cell model of dopaminergic neuron injury induced by PC12 cells. Methods: The experiment was carried out in Science and Technology Experiment Center of Liaoning Medical College from April 2007 to April 2008. Under the conditions of PC12 cells cultured in vitro, dopamine was added to injure PC12 cells, while a certain concentration of CoQ10 was added to detect the cell viability and MDA content in the culture medium. The differences in damage between PC12 cells treated with dopamine and those without CoQ10 . Results: The mortality and MDA content of PC12 in CoQ10 + dopamine group were significantly lower than those in dopamine group (P <0.05). Conclusion: CoQ10 can reduce dopamine damage to PC12 cells.
