基于若干热辐射输运求解方法的一维辐射平衡和温度间断算例结果的对比分析,提出了一个由离散坐标法、P_1近似和光学厚度极限近似构建的热辐射输运解算方法库,该方法库可与再入飞行器热化学非平衡流场控制方程实现有效耦合模拟。利用该方法库模拟了60 km高空、马赫数35的球头算例,计算表明热辐射对高温流场具有显著的“冷却”作用;辐射传热与对流传热水平相当,流场非耦合热辐射计算的辐射热流将高出耦合计算值27%,此类飞行条件下的数值模拟研究应当考虑热辐射耦合效应。
Based on the comparison and analysis of one-dimensional radiation equilibrium and temperature discontinuity among several thermal radiation transport solutions, a thermal radiation transport solution library constructed by discrete coordinate method, P 1 approximation and optical thickness limit approximation is proposed. The method library can be effectively coupled with the thermo-chemical non-equilibrium flow field control equations for reentry aircraft. The numerical example of a ball head at 60 km height and Mach number 35 is simulated by this method library. The calculation shows that the heat radiation has a significant “cooling” effect on the high-temperature flow field. The radiative heat transfer is equivalent to the convective heat transfer and the flow field is non- The radiative heat flux calculated by the coupled thermal radiation will be 27% higher than the coupling calculated value. The numerical simulation of such flight conditions should consider the thermal radiation coupling effect.
