本文对我国常用的14种不同型号的车辆在正常工作状态下用磁带记录法对驾驶员座位同步记录三轴向振动信号,并对1/3倍频程1.6~80赫芝对应的加速度进行了频谱分析。结果表明驾驶员座位Z轴向振动主频率为1.6~31.5赫芝,对应的加速度为0.565~61.188m/s~2。X、Y轴向主频率为2.5~80赫芝,对应的加速度为0.129~126.381m/s~2。14种型号的车辆驾驶员一天工作4~8小时,在工作日内接触的三轴向加速度值与ISO-2631推荐的允许标准比较KL-16A吊车符合4小时与8小时推荐的疲劳工效降低标准。其它型号的车辆在驾驶员座位上加速度值超过了4小时与8小时允许的工效降低标准(有的三轴向,有的单轴向部分频率上)。
In this paper, the commonly used 14 kinds of different types of vehicles in China under normal working conditions by tape recording method for simultaneous recording of the driver’s seat triaxial vibration signal, and 1/3 octave acceleration of 1.6 to 80 Hertz carried out Spectrum Analysis. The results show that the dominant frequency of Z-axis vibration of driver’s seat is 1.6 ~ 31.5 Hz and the corresponding acceleration is 0.565 ~ 61.188 m / s ~ 2. X, Y axial main frequency of 2.5 to 80 Hertz, the corresponding acceleration of 0.129 ~ 126.381m / s ~ 2.14 kinds of models of vehicle drivers work 4 to 8 hours a day, working in contact with the three-axis Acceleration values compare with the permissible standards recommended by ISO-2631 The KL-16A crane complies with the recommended fatigue reduction standards of 4 hours and 8 hours. Other models of vehicles in the driver’s seat acceleration value exceeds 4 hours and 8 hours allowed to reduce the efficiency standards (and some triaxial, some uniaxial part of the frequency).
