历年来,人事档案目录都是手抄笔录,这种传统方法劳动强度大,效果差。尤其是大、中型企业,档案管理人员少,工作任务重,人事档案很难及时立卷、归档。为解决这一矛盾,我们按人事档案分类原则,找出它的共性和个性,以此来归纳条目中所有内容,按条刻章,按章分类,选章盖目。采用此法,卷内目录字体美观、整齐、标准,减少了打字、油印等一系列繁琐工序。我厂2068个职工,每年光调资一项就需要3个月时间来完成立
Over the years, the directory of personnel files has been copied manually. This traditional method is labor-intensive and has poor results. Especially for large and medium-sized enterprises, there are few file management personnel and the task is heavy. It is difficult for personnel files to be filed and archived in a timely manner. In order to resolve this contradiction, according to the principle of classification of personnel files, we find out its commonness and individuality, in order to sum up all the contents of the entry, and to categorize the chapters according to the chapters and select the chapters. Using this method, the catalog fonts inside the volume are beautiful, neat, and standardized, reducing a series of cumbersome procedures such as typing and mimeographing. Our factory has 2,068 employees. It takes 3 months to complete the project each year.
